As a little kid I always liked watching my dad workout at home doing pushups, situps, dips etc. and watch him take his supplements. And I was a fan of Schwarzenegger, Stallone, Van Damme. But the first time I stepped in a real gym was when I was 17, a friend of mine had asked me to start working out with him. So I did.
Why I Love It:
I love bodybuilding because it has a lot of benefits; Gives you discipline, builds up leadership(when you compete, in the bodybuilding community, when you keep striving towards a goal), keeps you strong & healthy, boosts up your confidence, Teaches respect, It's a positive cycle of CANI(Constant And Never ending Improvement)
How I Stay Motivated:
Just to think of what the outcome of lifting weights with passion & dedication will be, then I think of the process; having to be in the gym day in day out, week after week. It's really encouraging & challenging at the same time, because not everyone can do it and not everyone wants to do it. I also read magazines, books, visit websites.
BB Accomplishments:
When I first started lifting weights I didn't know much about nutrition & supplements, it's only after I grabbed a flex magazine I found out a little bit more about that. I learned mostly about protein & creatine. After learning about all this I paid a visit to a local supplements & nutrition store, there they suggested me to take universal's gain fast & micronized creatine monohydrate. So I did, and after 2 months working out, eating healthy, taking all my supplements I gained 15 lbs of muscle & very little fat.
