I think we should create a Ph.D. student bodygroup or something. Might be an interesting socio-psychological experiment to know how many grad students try to cope with grad school stress by doing extreme sports or being athletic. I certainly do. I'll go nuts without working out, etc

Also, what training will you follow for this transformation? Do you have an excel/word sheet you can share? I have a gym buddy and we're almost the same size though he has a skinnier frame and Im an FFB (former fat boy) haha.

added you and a host of others from Vancouver mainly because most of my friends (academics and artists) are NOT into bodybuilding and I know that I wont really get bigger and stronger unless I get the right social support...so...

Hiya. Ive been actually told of that book...but no copies at the UBC library. Do you have it? I had a former student who claims it as his favorite book and he's doing a Ph.D. now in Eastern Philosophy so that must be a good book. I dunno if I'll call myself an "intellectual bodybuilder" though that sounds good. Haha...
