Alright. Ima go make some right now. Ima add a little less than 1/2 cup of water then. Add one scoop of whey protein. & 2 tbsp. of PB.
Microwave for about 1 min,

Yeahh yeah i get you. Thats why i add alota of Peanutbutter or nuts to a mass gain diet...easy calories to get in. I would put like a cup of milk and peanut butter in my shake lol
Ohh alright...good, cuz i hate HIIT -.- but ill probably throw one session a week

Lol really? I have a big appetite so i dont think so. I hate being calorie restricted...i get pretty hungry. You think doing a good pace cardio for about 45 minutes a day and a good diet will get me to 8-10% in 8 weeks?

Animal Pak seems reallll good. It even has Liver detoxifiers and **** lol. EFA's, aminos..everything. But its pretty expensive. 50 bucks for 44 servings.
So PH's would fall in the drug, "un-natural" group? Halodrol by Gaspari, is that a PH?

Well they seem to be working haha. When i start working (hopefully real soon) Ill get Animal Pak maybe? I take a Multi but i bet Animal Pak is better..and probably Shock Therapy and a Waxymaize. Have you tried any PH's?

Hey bro how's the Glycergrow? I was thinking of taking it..it seems pretty solid. But in between that and Shock Therapy by Universal..looks like a real good NO supplement and a great price.

Yeah, i believe that too. What i think i will do is add some complex carbs. Oatmeal in the morning...maybe something else for lunch and preworkout..so in total probably 150g the whole day. My body is very adaptable, hopefully this will "trick" it and ill be burning bodyfat.
