sorry for the late reply bro. yeah i think it is.. i have tried a sample of superpump and cytonox.. and i personally think that shock therapy is very good... great price high servings and all you need is one scoop.. doesnt taste the greatest but.. i would recommend it, im on my second bottle =]

Yeah true but I eat mine before bed and workout in the mornings. I would be tempted to eat it the whole day, lol.

Hmm, it's a tough choice but I'd probably say the chilled sludge. I just don't like waiting on it in the freezer. :( But if I need to eat something right away I'll take the brownie. They feel like you are cheating on your diet but you're not lol.

Yeah that sounds about right. One minute may be too long depending on the power of your microwave so I would just check it every 5 or 10 seconds. I usually like mine to be a little runny on top which doesn't require being cooked as long.

1/2 seems like it may be too much. I just add very little at a time until it's at the desired thickness. When making the brownies you do need to use a bit more water so that it won't be dry and make sure not to cook it too long. May not turn out great the first time but once you get the hang for it, it's amazing.

Yeah use as little water as necessary so that it's thick. You can either refrigerate it, microwave it in a brownie, and just eat it as it is. It's amazing to say the least. Eating some at the moment.

I started doing HIIT probably around 8-9% bodyfat. Probably around my May photos. It took me maybe about 12-14 weeks to go from 16% bodyfat to 8%.

I have a huge appetite as well but eating 4500 from clean and natural sources is quite difficult to do on a daily basis, not to mention expensive. Sure you could have a fast food meal to change that around but I don't like to diet that way. And yes, all I did was 45 minutes a day of walking, not even inclined walking, and I got down to 8%. Then I threw in some HIIT after that point.

Haha, yeah it requires patience. But I definitely think that the cut is easier than the bulk. It's hard eating all that food lol.

No there isn't a set number of calories you need for growth you just need to eat over maintenance and personally I like to eat well over maintenance when going for size. Not to say that's the ideal way that's just what I do.

No not mass gains. I'm not eating enough to put any mass. But I can tell a difference in workout intensity. Could be placebo I don't know but I like it lol. Uh, I believe it is one the of the few test boosters to be 18+ so I guess wait until then. I don't have the knowledge to tell you what the effects could be of taking it at a younger age. Something to do with you endocrine system.

Yeah PH's fall into the unnatural category. I'm not sure exactly how they work but I believe they convert to steroids inside your body. I know Halodrol liquigels used to be a PH but I believe they changed it. Either way I don't know for sure, haven't taken it. If it's just a test booster you want Activate Xtreme is amazing and it's natural.

Yeah, Animal Pak is good. Although a multivitamin is just as good as any other imo I just want to make sure I'm getting the best that I can. No PH's, I am completely natural and couldn't tell you the first thing about them.

Haha, yeah. I have tried a lot of supplements and I do my research when considering what to buy and this is what I've come to. I really haven't the slightest interest in replacing any of these.

Shock Therapy because it will help with energy and workout intensity as well as a pump. Glycergrow is simply just a temporary pump. In fact I don't even use mine because I use SizeOn which has GMS as well and you don't need both.

It's good, amazing pumps. But it's not a NO product it's GMS (glycerol monostearate) with an electrolyte blend with increases blood flow.

If the carbs come down you want to bring the good fats up. Otherwise you'll have no energy and your body will use the protein for fuel. Low carb and low fat isn't a good thing.

This was what I did. May or may not fit your needs. Its about 400-500 calories more than what you've bee doing though.

I don't think its totally necessary. You could follow up the protein/veggie (pull out the fats that day, too) day with a high carb one to re-load. I kept it to about 100g carbs but most were from oatmeal with breakfast and supps otherwise pre and during workouts. Otherwise, just trace carbs from the veggies. I have the diet posted back in my blog somewhere...
