How I Started:
I worked out regularly in high school and irregularly in college. I've been out of the habit and now I found motivation to get back in and stay in.
Why I Love It:
Hoping that my clothes will fit properly!
How I Stay Motivated:
Reading and learning about the science aspect of it. Also, dealing with the numbers in nutrition and tracking progress. (I know counting isn't required, but I studied math, so I like numbers). Knowing I have $ invested helps too.

It's not necessarily now much food, cooking it or making sure meals are timely, the hard part is just keeping the s*** down!

 I have yet to lose it, but it is an arduous task, post-workout, to keep it all down.
