i had that problem for awhile too it took about a week for it to work again. it was like i was locked out

you stickin with it? I just hit 795 for a dead lift with only hand straps and it went up easy where are the new stats?

big fand of the deads and the bench but i am starting to love the t-bar good workout now i am getting into cutting and some body building i want to get down to 245 and then enter a push pull comp

level 3 med? we are a 1 right now but we are about to get filled to max now. We have a neighboring facility getting switched to a female facility. It was almost us.

i want to get down to 250 and hit a 500 bench and i have an ultimate goal of 1000 for a dead lift i just started to squat again and i can feel the diference in my testosterone levels

What would you recommend doing to avoid that kind of injury? I have seen that on the rec. yard at the prison but it was because someone fell against the bar on the guy and he over pressed.

One day at a time. I just keep switching up my routine to kill the bordom and it helps that my shift at work will change soon. Then i meet new people at the gym and find new lifting partners. How bout you?
