How I Started:
Always been very active throught high school and always love sport. It's been a year now since I start to go to the gym. Begin as a cardio bunny but now I'm really more into weight training. Stop the cardio and start to eat!
Why I Love It:
Love feeling strong and see my body change (also I like the look in people face at my gym surprise that I lift heavy)
How I Stay Motivated:
I don't need any motivation
but when I see on this site women in their 40 that look amazing and ripped..I just want to grow up looking as good as they do
I'm doing well. I was able to start doing some leg work last week. I won't do anything heavy until given permission to really tense up my upper body though. Thanks for checking on me!
trying to do legs twice a week every 3rd day or so...to add size again ..and weight..just alternating what i go heavy with...one day squatting the next day leg presses
