i was never the biggest kid growing up, i got picked on periodically. I was always the smallest on my soccer team but also had the most heart. i stopped playing soccer religiously after sixteen years because i could not afford it. I then had a lot of free time and i started partying a lot. I worked out every so often with little progress. i broke my arm arm wrestling on cinco de mayo 2007 and dropped down to 138 pounds. And then my partying and bad habits just doubled. i realized i wasn't living a healthy lifestyle and i wasn't going anywhere in life and i was destroying my body and my futureso i stopped and the day i could work out again i just hit it hard and so far i have gained almost 40 pounds.
Why I Love It:
To release tension and make somthing of myself, i was highly commited to soccer, now im highly commited to working out. i love the progress i get and the self esteem it gives me. I am now twice as healthy as i was and i have more energy and more motivation than ever! it also keeps me out of trouble, i dont go out at night because i want to insure i great work out the next day. I eat healthy and stay active. and try to ride my bike as much as possible. with gas prices you can't beat infinite miles to the gallon!
How I Stay Motivated:
My progress and progress to come.
Light weight BABY!
BB Accomplishments:
Incline benched the 120's 6 times with two additional helped reps

Thanks for the add. A lot to compliment on including quite the transformation from the start and even better since giving your arm all the time it needed to heal. Smartest move you ever did and now the rewards are in..... Andre
hey man--I'm certainly not the one to give advice as I'm stumbling to find my way but you seem to have the structure right--diet, supplements, etc. seems like you just need to find the right routine to push you over the finish line. your will and determination are impressive and your advantage. keep hittin' hard, brother.
