answer:  when you haven't lifted in 3 weeks. Like most of us work always seems to get in the way of workouts.  Lately i have been in the hospital 14-18 hrs each day and lifting took a back seat to sleep and work.  Today was back day and my usual deadlift poundage is 295 for 8 reps and 2...
