How I Started:
I was 18 years old and my high school body was starting to fade. I was gaining weight and not watching what I ate. I joined Bally health club and became addicted. I remember signing the contact thinking "I will not be one of those people who join the gym and do not go... that would be the worst!". So, I went everyday and it changed my life. Once working out became part of my life... so did a healthy lifestyle. That is where I want to be again.
Why I Love It:
I've worked out most of my life. I was strong both physically and mentally... Life was balanced.
After having my Daugther, I became very thin but did not return to the gym. I lost my strength and motivation over those 3.5 years. But, I am ready to feel better, more confidant,and strong again, not only for me but for her.
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm starting on July 7th 2009... I will keep reminding myself the FIRST MONTH will be the hardest and push through! I know after that... I will fall in love with it again and it will become part of my soul... The way it used to be.
BB Accomplishments:
I would never say I was a "Bodybuilder". I was fit, lean and healthy and very consistent with my daily workout. It was like brushing my teeth. I'm ready to feel that way again. I would like to see what my body can do before I hit 40. While I was fit in the past...I never took it to the next level. That is my goal!

Goal (Long):
I will begin the p90x workout which challenges me for strength and endurance. I have always wanted to complete this 90 day workout challenge and feel ready! I will check in weekly with my progress. I will update my photos bi-weekly. I will speed walk in the mornings at least 3 days a week at 7am with my Daughter. I have everything I need for the p90x workout and have no excuses.
