How I Started:
Tired of looking like I dont workout! In the beginning of 2008 all I did was cardio. I found this site and began to view weight training in a whole different light. Now I love the results and love the burn!
Why I Love It:
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking thru fitness magazines. Looking at progress pictures on this site. And I'm TAKEN by the hottest man in the world so not looking to hook up.
I met Heather on bodyspace the day she joined and have watched her change from week to week into the amazing fit transformation she is today. Totally inspiring!

What supplements do you take immediately before your workout? Why?
I take Femme Creatine energy formula for women by MMUSA and Scivation xtend. This combo gives me incredible energy and endurance every time I hit the weights
Hormones...what are they? They are the chemical messengers that impact every system and organ in your body. Since their effects are so far reaching, it only makes sense that you want to use them to your advantage to maximize your training efforts. Because the number of hormones is vast, I...
Oh good point. I eat my carbs at the latest around 7 which is still prolly a little late...and you do your HIIT on the stair climber? oh props to you because I can't do it on there; I try to avoid that thing whenever possible lol. I'm kind of like how you used to be but I legitimately LOVE cardio. I do all kinds..most of its intense and if I'm not pouring sweat, then I do not feel as if I'm getting the job done.
That makes sense. I was worried that I would gain a ton of muscle lifting while I'm trying to lose weight but I'm not eating enough to maintain my weight, so I can't. But, omg you can leg press 500 lbs?!?! That is seriously awesome! I can only do maybe 180 lbs I think..but I'm surprised that you have only been lifting for a little over a year..I thought you were gonna say a lot longer!
Gemma, tide already had a great build. You should train a blob like me with 32% body fat! :). Now that would quite the accomplishment if you could turn this tub into single digit body fat. :)). (yeah that is my double chin!
You're welcome..and it really is true. But, I'm definitely gonna keep lifting because like you said I want a little definition and I really wanna lose the weight..and lifting will definitely help. How long have you been lifting?
I thank you so much for the time you took with me/us...it means more than I can say:) I am studying it hard:)
wil be in touch for sure!:)
Lookin sassy in the avi!:)))
