When I Started:
How I Started: When I was a kid I always felt terribly weak and lack the self confidence that I should have so I looked in the mirror and said to myself "I want something for a change" and then suddenly my mind was cleared with those clouds and i thought of a new idea that i'll commit myself to that goal despite of obstacles and that is bodybuilding..
Though it is never been that easy becoming a bodybuilder, on the very first day dedication is always a must.. As for myself, it is a realization of my whole well being that I pursued and loved bodybuilding.. That realization brought me to the passion that I had right now.. Things may change in this world but the passion and love of person especially if it's his/her purpose of doing it, it won't change ever.. So despite the past mistakes that I've done in my training, diet, other priorities I'll always be a bodybuilder..
Why I Love It: Bodybuilding and strength training makes me become a whole person and my true self since the very first day that i worked out with weights, I really enjoyed working out despite the obstacles that i have to face.. Lastly bodybuilding gives me a way to inspire others and spread my love to the world.. Without bodybuilding for me my life is incomplete, it always reminds me of who I really am and God created me to be from the beginning of my life that I found my path and walk on it with happiness.. It is a journey for me to make the most out of my life and living it to the fullest in the glory of God.
How I Stay Motivated: When I accomplished something more in the gym such as adding 5 more pounds to the bar, it signifies that I become stronger that is one motivation.. At the same time it is the support and compliment from family and friends including God.. More of that it is all about my great passion in bodybuilding that from the very beginning that i touched a weight, i felt loving what I'm doing and what I wanted to accomplish something really great that other bodybuilders have also done it in their lives despite of obstacles.. To make it simpler it is to make the most out of bodybuilding because I love it plain and simple despite the obstacles and hardship from the first day of pursuing it..
BB Accomplishments: Despite my past inferior condition in terms of strength and conditioning along with my terribly ugly physique, I had made decent progress through patience,constant research, determination, dedication and the will power to purse my goal which is to transform my body to a whole new level up to this present day.. I will bodybuild until my last breath and no one can stop me that is always what I say to myself.. As for now I'm always planning to improve all my lifts and ofcourse mainly my physique no matter what trials or obstacles that may come to my life.. Lastly, this dedication and perseverance is not just to myself but as always to give glory to God Almighty from whom all things that I know right now came from.. The credit is always to God and everyone who are willing to support me to achieve my goals..

Main Goal: Gain Muscle
Goal (Short): to continuously add more weight to all my lifts especially the core lifts such as bench press, squats, deadlifts, military presses and lat pulldowns so that i can gain more muscle since i am following a program called HST and it's all about progressi
Goal (Long): to realistically gain as much muscle as possible naturally without the aid of anabolic steroids.. maybe thats another 20 to 30 pounds of muscle in the succeeding years..
Weight Goal: I want to GAIN 30 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 10%
