I want to drop 50 lbs of fat and gain/keep lean muscle.
Goal (Long):
I have always wanted to be able to take my shirt off in public with the utmost of confidence. I have always been a bigger guy because of playing offensive line in football for many years. It is time that I put myself to the test. It seems that I start off great with a routine and fall off 2 or 3 weeks later. I need to keep my motivation high and transform my body before June 2010.
After reading his articles about how to transform yourself, I have taken it upon myself to do it. I am following his recommended training routine and only eating those foods that he suggests at the proper times during the day. Lets see how this goes.....
What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
I listen to music and have a pre workout meal with my supplements.

How has bodybuilding and fitness helped and/or changed your family life?
My family doesn't see why I have to follow this routine like I do. I tell them that I am trying to be healthy and ultimately accomplish something that i have always wanted.
