This was taken first thing in the morning after having 200grams of carbs the previous day.
I've been trying to maintain my size and having fun at the same time. It's been a battle but I think I'm surviving very well. Still 180lbs!

Just starting to add the carbs back and this was after 175 grams. Still touch and go but will push the carbs(limits) to fill out my frame. Yeap, I'm ready to rock the house so go get your popcorn. Game On!

Ok I think I've hit the wall for today. Finished eating about 2hours ago and I'm not fading, veins are still popping. Ate a total of 230grams of carbs, I know it isn't much but we still have a day to really work with. Don't want to peak to early so I'm stopping for now. Stay tuned for the finished product...

This was right after I got out of bed and are the result of 230grams of carbs and 2 gallons of spring water. As you can see, the lines are coming through amd the viens are kinda popping. The plan for today is to switch to distilled water but only drink a liter. Also, will increase the carbs to about 250-300 grams depending on how I look. I feel great and should be "Hard as a Rock" on stage. My next update won't be until after the show so stay tuned.... Game On!

I was so dialed in and had about a liter of water for 36 hours and 275 grams of carbs. To baD the show wasn't Friday night because I spilled over a little on Saturday morning. This is what happens when you intake your carbs to fast. Please notice the difference on the pics from Saturday.

This was during prejudging and is one of my favorite poses. I Only had a liter of water for almost 36 hours and this is the end results. I'm somewhat dry but could have pushed some more to be tighter. Now I know for next time....

Here we are right before prejudging and you can see I'm not as sharp as I was the previous night. I didn't have any water prior to this pic but had 50 grams of carbs since I was a little flat when I got out of bed. Looking back maybe I shouldn't have ate anything and just suffer through prejudging. I just wanted to share this with those potential bodybuilders out there. Hope you are taking some notes because this sport is very DETAILED & CALCULATED!

Had to take a break from all of the bodybuilding drama. My wife and I went to Busch Gardens Tampa and we had a blast. Eventhough we didn't get on many rides, it was nice and relaxing to walk around the park and take in the scenery. Oh what a feeling!!!!

Now it's all about fine tuning and adjusting. I've been dropping my carbs to as low as 100grams per day & doing some killer cardio. The goal is to come in as hard as possible without losing too much muscle. Stay tuned for the weekly progression.

We did a test run of all my final preps and look like we're on target. This was after 350gr of Carbs last night but look like I could push some more in. I weighed in at 169 today but plan on trying to add a few more pounds by next Friday for the official weigh in. I can't wait to hit the stage next week. GAME ON
