How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
I FOLLOW MAX-OT SO 4-6, HEAVY WEIGHTS IT'S THE BEST WAY TO OVERLOAD THE MUSCLE, NOT FATIGUE IT.

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
I DON'T KEEP TRACK OF TIME, USUALLY BETWEEN 2 OR 3 MINUTES. I DON'T KEEP TRACK BECAUSE I'M LIFTING HEAVY WEIGHTS, NOT DOING CARDIO. JUST AS LONG AS I NEED TO DO MY NEXT SET.
Hey man, thanks for the reply. Just not certain what the competition should be. The problem is finding a challenge for everyone, since everyone has different goals. Maybe we should each set a similar, realistic goal and a timeframe, instead of a group goal? But a group goal might be more fun for a competition. Do you have any suggestions? Let me know what you think.
