At 172 lbs, lost about 12 lbs since last pic, but mostly from the abs.
I FOLLOW MAX-OT SO 4-6, HEAVY WEIGHTS IT'S THE BEST WAY TO OVERLOAD THE MUSCLE, NOT FATIGUE IT.

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
I DON'T KEEP TRACK OF TIME, USUALLY BETWEEN 2 OR 3 MINUTES. I DON'T KEEP TRACK BECAUSE I'M LIFTING HEAVY WEIGHTS, NOT DOING CARDIO. JUST AS LONG AS I NEED TO DO MY NEXT SET.

Which pro bodybuilder/fitness/figure competitor has the ideal physique? Why?
SKIP LACOUR, IT'S OBVIOUS, HES THE BEST NATURAL BODYBUILDER, HANDS DOWN.
Not bad man. I am taking a little rest this week, only doing cardio and abs and getting ready to get back on my program next week. Feeling good though. Thanks. You gettin your consistency down?
Hey bro thanks, workouts are going well I need to take off about 5-10 pounds though. But have been hitting the weights pretty hard. Hope all is well with you.
Thank you for the friend request. I probably wont be competing again until spring now. I want to see what changes I can make over the winter. And have been doing more yoga and belly dance lately than lifting. But I still get that urge to get into the irons...so probably spring! lol Good luck with your goals! ~Storm
