How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
I FOLLOW MAX-OT SO 4-6, HEAVY WEIGHTS IT'S THE BEST WAY TO OVERLOAD THE MUSCLE, NOT FATIGUE IT.

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
I DON'T KEEP TRACK OF TIME, USUALLY BETWEEN 2 OR 3 MINUTES. I DON'T KEEP TRACK BECAUSE I'M LIFTING HEAVY WEIGHTS, NOT DOING CARDIO. JUST AS LONG AS I NEED TO DO MY NEXT SET.
Hey dude,
thanks for asking. Basically, life got in the way... of my lifting. Now that things have calmed down, I want to hit the weights again. Good on you though for your amazing progress.
Hey bro - great that you've been having good workouts and that you've added 1/2 inch to your arms - wow, 16 inches, getting there bro. I've been away from the gym for the last 6 months or so now and just getting back into it. Anyways, looking good bro!!!
Hey man, thanks for the reply. Just not certain what the competition should be. The problem is finding a challenge for everyone, since everyone has different goals. Maybe we should each set a similar, realistic goal and a timeframe, instead of a group goal? But a group goal might be more fun for a competition. Do you have any suggestions? Let me know what you think.
