Do you have any type of chronic disease or condition?
Yes
What is it?
Diabetes type 1 (insulin dependent) since 1988
How does fitness help you with your condition? What do you have to do differently in your program since you have this condition?
In a lot of ways. Diet, blood circulation, lower sugar levels, taking less insulin, reduce body fat, and many more...

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
I FOLLOW MAX-OT SO 4-6, HEAVY WEIGHTS IT'S THE BEST WAY TO OVERLOAD THE MUSCLE, NOT FATIGUE IT.
- Updated Sep 7, 2008 11:21am

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
I DON'T KEEP TRACK OF TIME, USUALLY BETWEEN 2 OR 3 MINUTES. I DON'T KEEP TRACK BECAUSE I'M LIFTING HEAVY WEIGHTS, NOT DOING CARDIO. JUST AS LONG AS I NEED TO DO MY NEXT SET.

Hey dude, thanks for asking. Basically, life got in the way... of my lifting. Now that things have calmed down, I want to hit the weights again. Good on you though for your amazing progress.

Hey man, thanks for the reply. Just not certain what the competition should be. The problem is finding a challenge for everyone, since everyone has different goals. Maybe we should each set a similar, realistic goal and a timeframe, instead of a group goal? But a group goal might be more fun for a competition. Do you have any suggestions? Let me know what you think.
