Sunday - squats
Monday - Back - pullups, cable rows,
pulldowns, HS Rows,
facepulls, biceps if desired
Tuesday - Chest - dips, bench or incline,
military press, flyes,
triceps if desired
Wednesday - light cardio
Thursday - light cardio morning
Legs evening - leg press, extension,
ham curl, calf work
Friday - shoulders/abs/arms |
