Walked into gym, paid dues, picked up weights. Set down weights. Repeated. Seemed to work.
Why I Love It:
Lifting > being a fat ass on the couch
How I Stay Motivated:
Go to a pizza buffet an look at the average person in there.
BB Accomplishments:
Doubled every lift except squat in the first 4 months. Cutting now.

Seriously, what a lot of people don't seem to understand is that if you try to "maintain" you start going backwards. Striving for progress is what got us all started with this and it's what keeps us all going. I couldn't imagine going into the gym and thinking "you know, this is strong enough. I don't think I'll ever want to lift more weight than this." _Dominik_

That was my back goal since sometime early summer. That's when W8 reached it and I saw it as a goal I could reach. Pulled it for two separate rows, with just a regrip for the left hand, no rest.
I intended to now focus on chest but shoulder pain is going to delay that. Aleve and rest...
The fact that you would neg me for asking that question is fcking retarded, lol. Are you that sensitive when it comes to your faith? I'm sure god appreciates it though! you're a great christian
how amazing! you are not sandman...and did not have twins...hope you are doin well, especially since you don't have to do double night feedings. take care, Rich
Congrats on the twins, life changes in an instant...man, did yours ever! hope all is going well and they are packin on the muscle and growing strong. Peace, Rich
You were huge dude. Congrats on your decision to stop stuffing your pie-hole. Seeing your profile pics it is hard to imagine you being that big. I was 255 but I am 6' 3" tall. So people would say 'Oh you don't need to lose any weight'. I would just sort of cringe. Hope you are doing well.
Like your attitude, you can always be better. Good luck with all your goals. Btw, "don't tase me, bro" may be amusing to lots of people, but I saw what those thugs did to that young man. Whatever happened to the First Ammendment. A lot of people are going to be repeating those words in a fascist future, if we don't watch out!
Life is good and getting better all the time. I'm back to work, working out, practicing kick boxing and feel like I have a new lease on life.
The four pillars: Training, diet, sleep and prayer help keep me centered in an at times crazy world lol.
