Honestly, I got inspiration from YOUR abs...I said "Oh men, I WANT abs like those..". I did thousands of crunches and reached my goal... I'm not following a particular diet...I eat a little bit of all just paying attention to animal-born fats...In italy it's easy to eat healthy meals... Great back and great muscles, Gina...awesome! Hey Gina....How is the month of June treating you? I've been doing a lot of yardwork....which I LOVE to do. Trying to initiate some jogging into my routine, but I've got a knee that's grumping at me a little...:)

BTW: Gina; thank you for your very kind words. It is people like you that motivate and inspire me to not only keep working out but to continue sending the comments that I do and hopefully people find them helpful and/or worthwhile. I wish for nothing more than to see people, again such as yourself, achieve their fitness goals and dreams.

You are right when you say that “it is a lot of work” and that you are “slowly getting there.” But I can think of no other endeavor that is as worthwhile as investing that kind of hard work into your own body and health and it has been proven over the centuries that nothing of great value happens quickly, the very best things take time to create and you are living proof that you are creating a masterpiece.

I just thought I would drop by and congratulate you on all of the hard work you have been doing and the results that you are getting. Way to go. I enjoy it when people not only work hard but are able to see the results of their hard work come to fruition, like yours obviously are. Keep up the great work and I look forward to watching your continuing progress.
