How I Started: It has always been something I've wanted to do and when I turned 50 last year decided it was time to start. It has been quite a journey and a very good one. Athough, it is just the beginning, I am looking forward to reaching my goals.
Why I Love It: Working out gives me a feeling of accomplishment. I have always been athletic and love to challenge myself.
How I Stay Motivated: Seeing the results gives me the motivation.

Honestly, I got inspiration from YOUR abs...I said "Oh men, I WANT abs like those..". I did thousands of crunches and reached my goal... I'm not following a particular diet...I eat a little bit of all just paying attention to animal-born fats...In italy it's easy to eat healthy meals... Great back and great muscles, Gina...awesome! You are right when you say that “it is a lot of work” and that you are “slowly getting there.” But I can think of no other endeavor that is as worthwhile as investing that kind of hard work into your own body and health and it has been proven over the centuries that nothing of great value happens quickly, the very best things take time to create and you are living proof that you are creating a masterpiece.

I enjoy it when people not only work hard but are able to see the results of their hard work come to fruition, like yours obviously are.
