How I Started:
I have been working out on occasion. I have been studying for the past 2 years and recently recieved my certification in personal fitness training. This site is just another way for me to track my own fitness goals.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it makes me feel good and look good! I am still a work in progress, and I need to be a billboard for my training abilities!
How I Stay Motivated:
My job keeps me motivated. The more clients I have, the more I work out. When they see my results, it gives them more confidence in me as thier trainer!
