If you're talking about the steroid anadrol - yeah, there can be side effects - as with most anabolic steroids. If you're talking about some other product with a steroid sounding name - sorry, I don't know what it is! I looked on here for Anadrall-50, but nothing came up! Hope you're training is going well!

I hate to tell you this, but I can't find anything good about the Mass XP Caps you got. With that said, since you bought them, you might as well take them and HOPE you get something from it -- then, next time, buy Beverly Internationals Muscle Synergy. I use it and LOVE IT! You can order it on here and get great service, and probably a free t-shirt!

You should be eating 5-6 times a day, with at least one, maybe 2 of those meals being protein shakes. The best time for protein is within 1 hour after workout! Forgive me if I'm being basic - you probably already know most of this better than I do.

You are right in most cases, its overtraining and counter productive, but, if the muscle group is not sore, I think it's OK occasionally, just don't work them again until they fully recover.

look in your junk mail! If your arms aren't getting sory, you need to lift heavier, or longer. I believe you have to damage the muscle for it to grow as it recovers. I work biceps and triceps the same day. If they aren't sore, I will do it two days in a row.

Creatine works for most people! You have to load it the first week! It will make you stronger, but also make you hold a little water. That goes away when you stop using it. You have to cycle it also. BCAA's are also great for the pump and extra stamena during workouts. I also really like Muscle Synergy and HMB/NO compound.
