At age 13, i was fat and unhappy, and had no guidance. I borrowed some old plastic, weathered weights from a neighbor and began jogging at night. Daily workouts in the garage became the most consistent part of my life. The rest is history.

Ever since my shows in July, I have been eating like a pig and making excuses for not working out. True, i have been working at GNC 5-6 days per week, training clients 2-3 days per week, and throwing a few massage clients in here and there -not enough yet to cover my rent though...
That's awesome.... Training my lil bro for same show as me did two last year but that was pre me. Should do better this year. Man can't wait to see my results.
Not Sure yet, I am eating 5,000 cals a day now and losing fat still... I am bumping it up to 5500 - 6000 a day now to help maintain. My size, not sure what type of program I will work for me yet, going to try some thing out in Jan since i will just be starting to see what works... I am doing a 20 week diet so i lose slow and maintain my muscle mass.
Hey Chas how's it been going? How's the training going? Got one more month on my bulk and then start my precontest! So amped about stepping back on stage next year!
I been hitting hard up to 313lbs, and getting leaner. still have till mid Dec before I am done with my bulk hoping to hit 330lbs. Been in the gym 6 days a week twice a day, seeing some amazing results. Will be starting my precontest in Jan. Have 3 shows next year one local in May, Musclemania in June, and Southern States in July. Depending on how i do might do a national show but might take off after Southern States to get ready a whole year for Nationals.
