What gbwiman1 Is Up To

gbwiman1 created a new BodyBlog entry "Week 1".

Week 1 Trained okay, getting in bette shape. Hoping to increase my lifts and cardio intervals in the coming weeks. Diet was okay. Didnt hit the calorie goals I had for myself. Still a 5.6 pound and 2% bf loss While increading my lean body mass. Nice to be a beginner. Maintaining the body mass will most likely get harder as I lose more. Until next week. Keep it up.

Been 5 days since I cut the cals and began working out sersiously again. I am definetly feeling the drain from lack of calories. It will pass soon. Looking forward to being off from work tomorrow and getting in some quality hours at the gym instead of squeezing it in.

Sunday day 3 update, 2100 calories---high protein for recovery since im limiting my cals. Exercise was high today with a total approx burn of 1200 cals.  Net of 900. Not yet to my goal of a net of 500 cals a day, but i believe in a week or so when I stop dreaming at night of pizza and pie I will reign in the eating, and be able to do a longer cardio workout because of increased stamina. Second Day of the challange went a bit better. I ate 1630 kcal total. Got to the gym and did a 45 min cardio 10% incline walk at 3 mph, and lifted my legs. Motivation is still high and writing about it is helping. i am giving some thought into starting a slightly more difficult lifting regimen.

Day one: Diet went well. Totalled 1845 calories for the day. No gym time for me today. Suppose I shouldnt have started while I am on the tail end of the flu. I decided to start my workout week on Saturday instead of Monday because I have off from work most Saturdays, and it is nice to start with a rock solid gym session.
