How I Started:
I started seriously this September because i want to see true results. Lost 50 lbs from 240 to 190. The French just do everything better ;)
Why I Love It:
Bodybuilding teaches you the most important thing in life: how to take care of yourself. Self-control, how to be reasonable, and discipline are key traits that you gain from bodybuilding.
How I Stay Motivated:
Through results.

Getting used to doing cardio Staying steady on schedule LOSING 45 LBS going from not being able to do one pullup to doing 2 sets of 10 per session being able to do 5 sets of 20 pushups

Cycling/squash/racquetball

I have fun doing both racquet sports and i don't see time fly by. Cycling is good bc i can just read up on the news while doing it.

I highly reccmond the elliptical its a 3 in 1: Bike, Stairmaster and Treadmill I only use ramp level 6 not to hight and not too low.. just perfect..
