How I Started:
I started seriously this September because i want to see true results.
Lost 50 lbs from 240 to 190. The French just do everything better ;)
Why I Love It:
Bodybuilding teaches you the most important thing in life: how to take care of yourself. Self-control, how to be reasonable, and discipline are key traits that you gain from bodybuilding.

its because your body woke up that 1st week.. then BE REAL HONEST.. did you really do the same thing again and stuck to your diet and loss NOTHING on the 2nd week... come on now...
