How I Started:
I was just tired of being a 350lb(25 stone)out of shape bloke seeing other peoples transformations
Why I Love It:
It helps me get where I want to go,and playing sports has never been my thing, this helps me lose weight, get a bit stronger, and its more fun than jogging
How I Stay Motivated:
I like the little changes I keep seeing,in the end hopefully they will all add up to one big change.I also like the fact I can buy clothes from a normal shop for the first time in about 15 years
BB Accomplishments:
Losing 100lbs in 5 months.Does that count?

What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
Someone like Mike Tyson at his peak, the whole ripped bodybuilder look does not appeal to me

Which pro bodybuilder/fitness/figure competitor has the ideal physique? Why?
To actually look at some of the old school boys like Arnie or Lou Ferrigno I find more appealing but for pure acheivement in what they have done probably any of about 10 of todays pros
I want to compliment you on your body transformation. Too many people these days think it can’t be done and so they don't even try, but you have proven/are proving that with hard work and determination it can be. You are a great role model and real inspiration for so many others. Stay strong, focused and determined.
I am down to about 260 from 280. Hoping to get down to 200 by Christmas so I can eval my body comp and decide what to work on til my bday in march. Thanks again for the helpful message :) trying out doing "complexex" still 3/wk. New one is kicking my ass but sticking with it.
grats on the tummy tuck. you have more then earned it with all your dedication and hard work.
WOW! Anytime I think I can't do it now i'll look at your pic... What an inspiration! I too have had it with looking at transformations and wishing I could do that, have gotten my ass in gear now and am on my way to transform too! Mustve taken a hell of alot of determination, sweat and willpower to get to where you are now... i'm ready to take that road! Angel
You're the first person I've ever left a comment for. Wow, what a transformation. I'm not as heavy as you were, I'm currently at 255.
Did anyone ever tell you you look like "Jigsaw" from the SAW movies?
your right john it shouldnt be hard, but somehow we find a way to make it almost impossible. old habits, emotions, just f***ing life in general. congrats on your acomplisments.
