Overall Goal: Add more mass to upper pecs, arms, rear delts and rhomboids. Over the next 18 months I'm aiming to increase my overall bodyweight to 235-245 pounds and under 10% BF. I think that will put me over the top from an athletic build into more of a bodybuil

Why I Love It:
Its the only activity I know where you become your own living work of art, and can inspire others to improve themselves by example
How I Stay Motivated:
I am an artist's model for painter's and photographers, so I have a rather unique and unusual visual record of my progress over the past 25 years.
Currently studying to be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant
BB Accomplishments:
2008- Achieved my maximum bodyweight of 218 lbs, with best measurements to date...I started out at 155 lbs when I began lifting at 18, so I am very proud of what Ive accomplished so far.
2007-Back in school to study Physical Therapy; in conjunction with my training
2006-Back into the gym after a 3 year layoff recovering from a broken foot and lower back injury.

Goal (Long):
I have always had a large frame, particularly back and legs, but due to injuries and high metabolism, putting on quality size has taken time. But I want to add another 20+ pounds of muscle mass and drop 3-5% of bodyfat over the next 18 months, which I believe will make my overall look approach more of a bodybuilder or fitness competitor. It should also help with the physique and artist's modeling I do, as well as being able to support the weight of patients in the clinics where I work.
Thanks man. I'm ok with my progress -- not unhappy, at least. LOL. I had to take 3 months off due to an aggravated neck injury. I'm back in the gym now & feeling great. My workouts are altered a bit to help me recover as much as possible. It's gonna be a long process. I'm looking to add more size to my upper body & maintain the size while getting more definition on my legs.
