Goal (Long):
Have not lifted seriously for a while just maintenance lost some muscle looking to get it BACK.Well I'm starting to get my hard earned muscle back presently looking for a martial arts school would like to start kick boxing again.Have always had more strength in my upper body probably due to the fact that I love to train upper and a back injury has prevented me from training legs consistently.Need more symmetry legs need toning.
What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
Not a big fan of cardio do it out of necessity.

What is your cardio exercise plan?
Only do cardio when trying to cut some weight.
Currently looking to lower body fat, cardio is done 4x's a week.

What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
The only one I can think of that I regret is not competing, at the time my training partner always was telling me to but didn't have the urge I sincerely believe if I had gone down that road I would be in a totally different place in my life. I feel as if I missed my calling and is something I struggle with. gbg, thanks for stopping by. I'm currently dealing with a couple of physical challenges, but fortunately it has not kept me out of the gym. Appreciate the concern.
