Goals:
Main Goal: Gain Muscle
Goal (Short): wake up tomorrow make it to the gym by 5:30 and get to work on time without getting another speeding ticket!
Goal (Long): Have not lifted seriously for a while just maintenance lost some muscle looking to get it BACK.Well I'm starting to get my hard earned muscle back presently looking for a martial arts school would like to start kick boxing again.Have always had more strength in my upper body probably due to the fact that I love to train upper and a back injury has prevented me from training legs consistently.Need more symmetry legs need toning.

What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
Not a big fan of cardio do it out of necessity.

Only do cardio when trying to cut some weight.
Currently looking to lower body fat, cardio is done 4x's a week.
