The hypershock will give you some intense pumps and focus. No I don't work for them or get a dang thing for free. It just works. Try this...Do your workouts like normal for another week. Then add that to your pre workout water.
You will add more sets / reps the FIRST time you take it. It will give you the craps until you get used to it. Bout 30 minutes after you take it.

Hey there, yeah the supps work well. Get a good vitamin. Those alive vitamins are the bomb.
