after a night in the cider it was hard to do lots of training, but i started a 5x5 routine: Bench 80x5 90x5(assisted) 85x5 82.5x5 80x5 Bent over row 60x5 65x5 70x5 75x5 80x5 kettlebell get ups 2sets, 5 reps 20kg renegade row 7.5kg 3sets 5reps
