After realizing i have only one life and a strong will to live that one life with a good physique.I wanted to make my life worth ****in livin.Professionally i'm trying to get there but physically would i want to?The answer came back ****in YEAH....
Why I Love It:
The red hot burn in your muscles,the pump and waking up in the morning looking at the mirror and say "Hey this is not me,I used to be a puny bitch"

Arnold Schwarzenegger got me hooked on to the whole concept of sculpting my bodyand as for the other I come in here see everyone and BOOMMMM..Instant Inspiration...

After two years of smoking like a chimney my weight dropped from 70 kgs to 59...Sad...I went home for vacation and quit for two months..gained some weight.....
Was getting bored so i took one more pic.Sorry if its boring the shit out of you....
Just an ordinary man on a quest to look extraordinary Heh hee as simple as that....
Goal (Long):
I wanted a good body ever since i saw Arnold in Predator.Sadly when i started working out i did everything wrong.And i knew absolutely nothing about the science behind workout.After going to the gym for 3-4 months doing everything wrong i gave it up just like that.I started smoking a lot.Lungs got ****ed,became puny and totally insignificant.I went home last summer and stopped smoking completely.And started going to gym again.Enough of the blah blah.Lets cut to the chase.I want 16 inch biceps,12.5 inch forearms,a chiselled torso,abs and all.The thing is i want all these in 6 months.Lets see how it works out.
I haven't worked out for months....Ever since September.....Seems i lost inspiration....I turned to books in my helpless cry for inspiration..I need something to motivate,not pics or videos,something substantial,something that will give me a reason to work out,not just to look good or have...

I stay motivated by constantly changing my workout,You don't have to eat like a horse to get big, train hard and take the right supp for repair and recovery..Get at least 1gm of protein per lean bodyweight on average. divide by 5 meals with mod carbs..All about shocking the muscle to stimulate growth!
Well, get back on it! Don't lose motivation and look at others here to get inspired :) Yeah, i'm doing pretty good, started a new 12 week challenge today. Did you see my new progress pics i posted last week? That will inspire you :)
