To reduce my body fat levels and increase my lean muscle mass so definition will show.
Goal (Long):
I am at the beginning of a 5-6 day routine (doctor's orders) that will consist of lots of cardio at first then will include various types of weight lifting.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 25 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
15%

Which pro bodybuilder/fitness/figure competitor has the ideal physique? Why?
Most I the pro bodybuilders in my opinion overdo it and are too big. The natural bodybuiling is more my style because they get great definition without the bulk & no neck.

That's an odd question.... I don't know, Brad Pitt?
