Well, right now I am totally out of shape because I am recovering from surgery. I just got the approval to start working out again.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it gives you great motivation and it makes you feel great. Not to mention it eventually makes you look better.
How I Stay Motivated:
Every week when your pants get looser & looser.

Which pro bodybuilder/fitness/figure competitor has the ideal physique? Why?
Most I the pro bodybuilders in my opinion overdo it and are too big. The natural bodybuiling is more my style because they get great definition without the bulk & no neck.
