When I Started: Jan, 2007
How I Started: Well i have been training like a bit of a wimp relying on mechanical machines until training one day with a coupule of blokes from the gym that i had seen train exceptionally hard before .I have now been training with them for 8 weeks and they push me to the limit and i am noticing the results.I now hoping to be able to compete in oct.
Why I Love It: well its always been a passion for me but now that i can see clear results it makes it all that much better
How I Stay Motivated: My gym partners John and Graham are my motivation .Also the RESULTS are deffinately a big part
