I've always been an athlete. (as a female, at 6'1 you almost HAVE to!)
Why I Love It:
I love the way it makes me feel both physically and mentally. Also...I love to feel confident walking around in my skivvies in front of my husband!

He has got an easy responsibility then. I agree the eating is the hard part, training is easy. Stay away from the cookie dough in the fridge btw.

It sounds to me like you've already told yourself exactly what to do (in your blog). Don't beat yourself up too much. Starting a workout program and a diet at the same time is a lot to bite off. Stay consistent and take it one meal at a time and you will do fine. Look at your diet again, you may not be getting enough calories and that may be why you are going after the "crap" food again.
