How I Started:
I was about 98 pounds in high school and went out for wrestling in my junior year. after all that exercise i noticed that i was starting to gain weight. This lead me to the weights on and off throughout my life.
Why I Love It:
Makes me feel good. I know i am getting older,and we all are, but i just want to keep going as long as my CREATOR- GOD allows. I just love the looks of MUSCLE! yeah!
How I Stay Motivated:
Well i have four children to raise on my own. The mother left me and our kids, and i am glad she did. I love them so much. So i need to keep up with them. And that's my motivation
