Thanx for the add and the fast reply. My routine is similar to yours except that I do overhead dumbbell extensions instead of dips. Do you do supersets, dropsets or something like that?

Coming along well man, not much in size but in strength. Focusing more on specific bodyparts like tris long head and upper chest. Been also doing dropsets, supersets and 21s. Yeah man they really get you a pump!

Thanx for the add. I work the three parts by doing machine presses, lateral raises and rear lateral raises, 3 heavy sets for each. Is that enough?
