Workout Program:
This will be my workout from now on, incorporating supersets, dropsets and 21s every other week for every muscle. For each muscle and exercise I put the total heavy sets. Rep range is between 6 and 10 for most of them.
hey man, sorry for not getting back sooner, and yeah the training has been going very well... im back from school and hitting up my hometown gym for about 2 hrs everyday after i get outta work... abs lol... i actually worked them out today for the first time since i last did about a month and a half ago... how about you, how are the gains coming?
Forget the machines unless you are trying to "pre-exhaust" them or as a finishing exercise...stick to free weights: if you want size, going heavy with free weights will get you there faster...and add more quality weight!
