How I Started:
Rockclimbing - I need to improve my core and overall strength to improve rockclimbing. Then I started triathlons. But before this I had to learn how to run.
Why I Love It:
I love to feel good and look good. I wont give up to age without a fight. I don't want to be average.
How I Stay Motivated:
Hanging out with fit, healthy, inspirational people.
BB Accomplishments:
Not bodybuilding comps. But 1/2 marathons, Triathlons and running events so far...

This is me, up a rock cliff in Nowra. It is an amazing place. The name of the climb is Titanic. And it was a challenge. I was feeling strong back then. But not fit endurance wise and could do with a lot more core strength.
This is my training buddy, manager, cheer squad, coach, critic, inspiration, bike mechanic, transporter, chef, nutritionist, husband and all round good guy and my rock! Hard at work after a big day training preparing dinner for one hungry athlete. (that's me)
How has bodybuilding and fitness helped and/or changed your family life?
I am fitter and happier in my self which has passed on to me family. My husband works out wit me and so we have a mutual focus which sometimes borders on fanatical lol.

My daughter is all grown up and left home so it doesn't really affect her much but I know she is very proud of my achievements.

It hasn't, infact sometimes I think it gets in the way. I work with 38 other women and I am the fittest one in the office. Which says something cause I don't consider myself overly fit. They try to sabotage my efforts to eat clean. I come in to work and they put chocloate on my desk. Headed out early and rocked up a hard 83km ride this morning. Very happy with the effort as I conquered Mt Terry which is a head down low gear sit down in the saddle and just turn the legs over and ride the hill. Toyota jump style high 5 in the air moment! when I made it to the top. Later that...

I love pinstrip because it gives the car the edge look without too much trouble or attention. I like the car with the detials and not so flashy only the person who knows about paint would know it good.
