my dad was a bodybuilder and i guess its just passed down through the geans.
I started doing press ups every night before bed when i was about 15 so i developed a decent chest at an early age.
Why I Love It:
i love the pump you get straight after a hard sesh, and the tightness of your t-shirt compare ti what it was before.
How I Stay Motivated:
i dont need much motivation, i must be lucky!
unless i've got a hangover im always pretty focused
BB Accomplishments:
getting bigger and stronger every year since ive started

First, thanks man for the comments...much appreciated! Here's what I did. I did a circuit workout 3x week(burning more calories), plus I added interval cardio training 2x week. 1x week I did an hour of walking on a treadmill or any activity for an hour. I also cleaned up my diet! Best of luck to you...you're looking good keep it up!
