All or Nothing
All or Nothing First, thanks man for the comments...much appreciated! Here's what I did. I did a circuit workout 3x week(burning more calories), plus I added interval cardio training 2x week. 1x week I did an hour of walking on a treadmill or any activity for an hour. I also cleaned up my diet! Best of luck to you...you're looking good keep it up! May 16, 2008 8:26am
