What heart rate do you aim for while doing cardio? Why?
I generally aim for 160-170 because I do not want my body to get much rest. I just make sure I'm giving my all.

What is your cardio exercise plan?
I only do high intensity interval training (HIIT).
I do 5 min warm up
1 Min sprint
2 Run (on a scale from 1-10 about a 6-7)
1 Min sprint
2 Min Run
1 Min sprint
2 Min Run
1 Min sprint
2 Min Run
1 Min sprint
2 Min run
1 Min sprint
2 Min run
(total of six sets and a total of 28 minutes)
