EVERY MORNING I DO CARDIO! i EITHER RIDE MY BIKE ABOUT 10 MILES, WALK OR JOG 3 MILES, OR GET ON THE ELLIPTICAL BIKE BETWEEN 20 - 45 MINUTES.
MIDDAY - EVENING WORKOUT I WILL DO THE SAME INCLUDING A PUNCHING BAG (B.O.B.) WORKOUT.

Man, you hope to be cut like me? LMAO, and I'm trying to go even further. I think on one of my trips down south, I should stop by and show you just how fat I am and maybe get a workout in. Thats like exit 144 isn't it?
