How I Started:
I started working out for sports and was taught by some incredible strength coaches at the University of Virginia.
Why I Love It:
I love feeling healthy and strong. It also reduces my stress levels
How I Stay Motivated:
Goal setting is a key to motivation. I also think having a lifting partner is wonderful motivator.

Losing over a hundred lbs and going from football lineman to weakside linebacker!
