Background
I just got sick of what I saw when I looked in the mirror. My gut was getting too big and my ass was walking down my legs. I was too embarrassed to tell anybody I wanted to transform my body, so I would lock myself in the bathroom and do pushups, dips and some basic isometric excercises every night. I limited my daily food intake and lost around 8kg (17.5 lbs). People started to notice my body changing and that gave me the confidence to progress to weights.
I don't love the workout itself, I just love the way it makes me look and the female attention the result gives me...! It's taken a while but it's become my "dicipline", my way of life.
