Bulk up to around 200 while trying to keep off as much fat as possible. I plan on bulking this winter, and start cutting at the end of Feb. or early March.
Training is going strong and adding some decent muscle. I am aiming for a higher bf% (9-11%)in an effort to add serious mass. End Dec09/Jan10 I wish to be at 88kg without exceeding aimed bf% levels (if God's will).
I want to improve in overall for sports but I really just want to improve my fighting skills, particularly striking, Im a tank on the mat. Also want to do full planche pushups and a perfect front lever (I'll add the pullup after).
