yup i live in beirut, well syntha is whey. so it will give u results but u should have a good diet with it. my advice, u can take it only after your workout. or if u feel like you're not gonna eat lots of protein in certain day, take a scoop when u wake up. but to see results u should keep on taking it for at least 2 3 months
