i love being able to see y body change and being able to show diclpine in the gym and out of it, something alot of people cant do.

i try to imagine some one else becoming better than.
also think about how i could look in the years to come.

well i hope to get to 225lbs by my 20's at around 12 14 % bodyfat. and sense ian only 5'6 its going to be hard doing that and if it is done i have to make sure it looks good on my small frame.

Well I'm tryin to gain weight to get to at least 200lbs and tone out. I've never bench pressed anything, so did u find it hard to do so when u first started out? The only things I do are crunches, push ups and dumbbell curls
