Well actually I was interested in becoming fit, I already was into training due to my life in Team sports such as basketball. But once i got with the bodybuilding and power lifting thing I was blown away with the results and progress
Why I Love It:
Health,motivation, the sheer insane feel of the pump and how you feel when u push yourself beyond your limits and fight the urge to give up and conquer the bodies weaknesses and drive deeper into the Domain of Power and Growth!!
How I Stay Motivated:
Remain focused on my mission and goals for my present and future health and Helping others with the motivation I possess
BB Accomplishments:
i would have to say the transformation from 189 lbs to 252 lbs with a 9% body fat and still improving, and to know that I am still too Damn Skinny!!!!!!!!!!!! to be 6'4

Goal (Long):
Since starting training this year I have went from 189 lbs. to 230 lbs. trying to increase size and weight to 240 lbs and over all strength. adding more definition, and shape. I accomplished the goal of adding the set amount of strength and more weight(252lbs) then I thought I would now my new goal is the become 280lbs by next summer with shape,definition , strength and Injury Free and keep specializing my weaker areas . oh yeah and to eat cleaner!!!
Mon.= Squats. The dreaded 2 minute squats or 10 sets of 10'z with sissy squats added between sets and also 10 sets of 10'z leg presses super set. this is one of two of my leg work outs I hit them twice a week and try to cripple myself when i train them with the intensity I use and the minimal...
Question: What do you do on your off days from the gym? I take 1-2 per week, but feel like a total slacker when I do. But I know m body needs the rest. Thoughts?

Thanks P.T.! I love working out in the DUNGEON! Got really focus on this last bit of belly and back, (as well as the rest of course), but will feel much better about myself when that is flatter! Wore something today saw myself in a reflective door and STILL look like I have a diamond/ fat shape! Whats up with that?

Thanks great workout! Did you peak at my progress pics? Everything is definitely coming along! Learning how to compromise with the concept of "I didn't become fat in a day and I won't become lean and muscular in a day." Not beating up on myself as much these days.
