My Workout Philosophy View My Full Workout Program

My Workout Program

Mon.= Squats. The dreaded 2 minute squats or 10 sets of 10'z with sissy squats added between sets and also 10 sets of 10'z leg presses super set. this is one of two of my leg work outs I hit them twice a week and try to cripple myself when i train them with the intensity I use and the minimal rest between sets. Hopefully I don't fry my knees before I reach the 280lbs mark LOL but I am pursuing My goals!!! Tues.= Chest & Abs (incline,flat bench,flyes,dips,push ups, and pull overs) crunches, knee raises, roman chair, sit ups!

Wed.= Back ( pull downs, pull ups super setted, low pulley rows super set with dumbbell rows, upright rows super set with bent over rows, Dead lifts super with hyper extensions Thurs.=Legs (Squats,Squats,and More Squats!!!!!!)
New joint!! walking squats!!! Damn These are the Fire !!

Fri.= Shoulders ( Arnold presses super set with military (front and rear) barbell presses, and laterals)Power Shrugs Basically I have started super-setting Everything!
Sat.= Arms & Abs ( barbell curls push downs, dumbbell curls,triceps extensions, fore arm curls) oblique crunches, standing twisted knee raises, inner-costal sit ups, 10- 3 minute rounds on the Heavy Bag(70 lbs.)

I LOST MY MOTHER,DEALT WITH ADVERSITY,HAD SERIOUS MONEY ISSUES, I TRAINED!!!! I HERNIATED THREE DISKS IN MY SPINE, WORKED CRAZY HOURS , HAD TO GET A DAMN EPIDURAL,I TRAINED!!!! INJURED SHOULDER , WAS LAID OFF FROM EMPLOYMENT,BOTHERED BY A BAD KNEE, HAD FOOD ALLERGIES,RAN OUT OF PROTEIN,SUPPLEMENTS,VITAMINS AND SHEER DRIVE BUT, I TRAINED!!!!!!! PEOPLE THERE IS NO ****ING EXCUSES BESIDES DEATH OF SELF TO STOP THIS MISSION OR ANY MISSION THAT IS FOR YOU BETTERMENT IF EXCUSES AND SHORT-COMINGS ARE IN YOUR MIND SET PERHAPS YOU ARE NOT IN THE RIGHT PLACE. YOU CAN DO IT, YOU WILL DO IT LETS STOP TODAY WITH EXCUSES,REASONS,AND DOUBTS AND LETS BE THE MESSAGES WE PORTRAY TO OTHERS LETS BE THE BEST WE CAN BE IN EVERY ASPECT OF THIS LIFE: MENTALLY, EMOTIONALLY, FINANCIALLY,AND HELL YES PHYSICALLY. IF YOU KNOW ME YOU KNOW THE STRUGGLES I HAVE OVERCOME THE THINGS DOCTORS TOLD ME,THE THINGS PEOPLE HAVE SAID ABOUT ME IF I CAN ACHIEVE WHAT THE **** ARE YOUR EXCUSES !!! LIFE HANDS ME ITS BLOWS DAILY GETTING READY FOR HERNIA SURGERY THIS MONTH AND SO WHAT DO YOU DO? LAY DOWN ??? HELL NAW YOU GET UP SHAKE IT OFF AND MOVE FORWARD REMEMBER PEOPLE EITHER UPLIFT OR STAGNATE YOUR PROGRESS LEARN FROM EVERY ORDEAL IMPROVE ON YOUR WEAK POINTS AND STRENGTHEN YOUR GOOD ONES LOOK AT EVERYTHING FOR WHAT IT IS EMBRACE IT GROW FROM IT AND HARD AS IT MAY SEEM ALLOW IT TO GROOM THE GREATER BEING THAT YOU ARE CAPABLE OF BEING,WE EVOLVE DAILY SO DO IT OR BECOME EXTINCT! NOW LETS GET PHYSICAL PEOPLE !!!!!!!!!!!!!! LIGHT WEIGHT BABY!!!!!!1 p.s. remember the great folks over come b.s. daily that's life let it bounce off and stay focused and continue to push and press forward!!!! Wow, Had been suffering from a shoulder ,neck and trap issue for some time and it finally got to the point where I lost movement in my delt and bicep and severe pain in my trap and neck, decided to go to the doctor. I was made a where that I have ruptured (C-5,6,7, C-spine) it is advanced and the epidural wont work so now I am scheduled for surgery this week to get these disks replaced . Damn it here is another obstical to keep me busy from reaching those goals. So here I go another battle and I embrace it and shall over come it and charge forward to accomplish my goals this Will Not Stop Me!! It shall only make me hunger to succeed in my drive to victory . I shall keep everyone updated and I shall show that determination,faith,will and power will always conquer everything negative.....I am ready for this fight!!! Brickk
