Well actually I was interested in becoming fit, I already was into training due to my life in Team sports such as basketball. But once i got with the bodybuilding and power lifting thing I was blown away with the results and progress. Also great a way to help stay focused with the issues and stress of running a couple businesses ,Weight training is my assistant manager for mental focus after a day's worth of ish!! LOL some of You may know what I am saying
Why I Love It:
Health,motivation, the sheer insane feel of the pump and how you feel when u push yourself beyond your limits and fight the urge to give up and conquer the bodies weaknesses and drive deeper into the Domain of Power and Growth!! BLOOD,MUDD AND HUSTLE
How I Stay Motivated:
Remain focused on my mission and goals for my present and future health and Helping others with the motivation I possess(READ)>>> Excuses ...,I TRAIN: I WORKED 13 HOURS, BRED DOGS,TRAINED OTHERS DEALT WITH LIFE AND PARENTING ISSUES, I TRAINED!!! I LOST MY MOTHER,DEALT WITH ADVERSITY,HAD SERIOUS MONEY ISSSUES, I TRAINED!!!! I HERNIATED THREE DISKS IN MY SPINE, WORKED CRAZY HOURS TENDED TO MY FOUR YEAR OLD,HAD TO GET A DAMN EPINDURAL,I TRAINED!!!! INJURED SHOULDER , WAS LAID OFF FROM EMPLOYEMENT,BOTHERED BY A BAD KNEE, HAD FOOD ALLERGIES,RAN OUT OF PROTIEN,SUPPLEMENTS,VITAMINS AND SHEER DRIVE BUT, I TRAINED!!!!!!! PEOPLE THERE IS NO ****ING EXCUSES BESIDES DEATH OF SELF TO STOP THIS MISSION OR ANY MISSION THAT IS FOR YOU BETTERMENT IF EXCUSES AND SHORT-COMMINGS ARE IN YOUR MIND SET PERHAPS YOU ARE NOT IN THE RIGHT PLACE. YOU CAN DO IT, YOU WILL DO IT LETS STOP TODAY WITH EXCUSES,REASONS,AND DOUBTS AND LETS BE THE MESSAGES WE PORTRAY TO OTHERS LETS BE THE BEST WE CAN BE IN EVERY ASSPECT OF THIS LIFE: MENTALLY, EMOTIONALLY, FINANCIALLY,AND HELL YES PHYSICALLY. BB Accomplishments:
I would have to say the transformation from 189 lbs to 252 lbs with a 9% body fat and still improving, and to know that I am still too Damn Skinny!!!!!!!!!!!! to be 6'4

Goal (Long):
Since starting training this year I have went from 189 lbs. to 230 lbs. trying to increase size and weight to 240 lbs and over all strength. adding more definition, and shape. I accomplished the goal of adding the set amount of strength and more weight(252lbs) then I thought I would now my new goal is the become 280lbs by next summer with shape,definition , strength and Injury Free and keep specializing my weaker areas . oh yeah and to eat cleaner!!!
