Wed.= Back ( pull downs, pull ups super setted, low pulley rows super set with dumbbell rows, upright rows super set with bent over rows, Dead lifts super with hyper extensions Thurs.=Legs (Squats,Squats,and More Squats!!!!!!)
New joint!! walking squats!!! Damn These are the Fire !!
Fri.= Shoulders ( Arnold presses super set with military (front and rear) barbell presses, and laterals)Power Shrugs Basically I have started super-setting Everything!
Sat.= Arms & Abs ( barbell curls push downs, dumbbell curls,triceps extensions, fore arm curls) oblique crunches, standing twisted knee raises, inner-costal sit ups, 10- 3 minute rounds on the Heavy Bag(70 lbs.)
