Typical. I got tired of being the skinny guy. I moved away for a few years and when I got back home all my friends were big. I got in the gym, found some great partners in Chris and Dave. Now I've taken the whole 'STEP YOUR GAME UP' approach from OVIEDO FLORIDA to Phoenix,AZ.
Why I Love It:
Every man is the builder of a temple called his body. -Henry David Thoreau
How I Stay Motivated:
I used to let the opinions of others drive me, but now my hardwork is my motivation. I enjoy that what I've done has inspired others to live better.
BB Accomplishments:
The transformation that I've gone through. I like when people are around me they feel like they need to be healthier.
I want to continue to build and stay lean at the same time. I want to be a walking advertisement for my personal training business that I'm planning to start this year.
When I reached out to the bodyspace community, he was the only person to respond. That alone put me back on track. Thanks buddy. Plus, homie works hard!
Do you tell your friends and/or family about your fitness goals?
Yes
Why or why not?
Encourages others to do better.

How has bodybuilding and fitness helped and/or changed your family life?
I've decided to make a career as a trainer. I've inspired many folks to start taking better care of themselves. I'm most proud that the first person that I trained has started her own training business.I've decided to make a career as a trainer. Well my fav tricep exercise is weighted dips because I can load the weight on as much as I like even if its just one or two reps per set it will help build quality mass.
