What type of outfit do you usually wear when you workout? Why?
for spin, booty shorts, maybe I just like the feeling of air ;D but normally capri or long yoga pants, long sleeve, tank or tee. I am an avid fan of Lululemon, Under Armour, and Asics (for the shoes)

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
Hell yes I grunt while I squat w/pink 10lb. dumbbells haha :F

What type of person at your gym annoys you the most? Why?
Cardio: Currently spinning 2-3 times a week, a couple of days of elliptical striding or treadmill running. I recently discovered sprinting!! (10 sec. all out sprint, 1 min. recovery (10-15 sprints) for 20-25 min.

Hang in there your looking pretty good..but i mos def know what you mean bout that motivation its pretty crazy. But keep up your hard work its paying off!!!
Hey! Yeah I know. I have been gone for a bit. I not only let myself get derailed, I didn’t dish out the encouragement to my friends. I apologize. I know I don’t have to but I have found that my friends help me stay on track and I hope I do you as well.
