How I Started: I was tired of feeling like sh!t about myself, tired of making excuses, and tired of being unhappy with all the sh!t that was going on with my life.
Why I Love It: The pain/soreness is highly addictive

For my SANITY!

The more muscle I gain, the more I get away with eating muahaha!!
How I Stay Motivated: I think about F*cked up sh*t & BS people in my life. I use that anger to push myself in my work outs.
BB Accomplishments: Finally stopped eating like a ravenous beast! I eat to live, not live to eat (not anymore anyway :-P )

What type of outfit do you usually wear when you workout? Why?
for spin, booty shorts, maybe I just like the feeling of air ;D but normally capri or long yoga pants, long sleeve, tank or tee. I am an avid fan of Lululemon, Under Armour, and Asics (for the shoes)

Cardio: Currently spinning 2-3 times a week, a couple of days of elliptical striding or treadmill running. I recently discovered sprinting!! (10 sec. all out sprint, 1 min. recovery (10-15 sprints) for 20-25 min.
