My short term goal is to bench 225lbs, squat 275lbs and deadlift 315lbs for 5 reps each at my current body weight.
After that I hope to bulk another 10-15kgs and cut down to 78-80kg at a reasonable body fat percentage, gaining proportional strength(or better) along the way.
Following Madcow's Linear 5x5 program
Monday
5x5 back squat, working up to 5RM from 50%
5x5 flat barbell bench, working up to 5RM from 50%
5x5 pendlay row, working up to 5RM from 50%
4x20 weighted crunches(currently 21.25kg)
