Following Madcow's Linear 5x5 program
Monday
5x5 back squat, working up to 5RM from 50%
5x5 flat barbell bench, working up to 5RM from 50%
5x5 pendlay row, working up to 5RM from 50%
4x20 weighted crunches(currently 21.25kg)

Wednesday
4x5 back squat, working up to 75% of 5RM from 50%
4x5 deadlift, working up to 5RM from 50%
4x5 military press, working up to 5RM from 50%
3x6 weighted pullups(currently 10kg)

Friday
4x5 back squat, working up to 87.5% of 5RM from 50%
1x3 back squat, 100-102.5% of 5RM
1x8 back squat, 75% of 5RM
4x5 flat barbell bench, working up to 87.5% of 5RM from 50%
1x3 flat barbell bench, 100-102.5% of 5RM
1x8 flat barbell bench, 75% of 5RM
4x5 pendlay row, working up to 87.5% of 5RM from 50%
1x3 pendlay row, 100-102.5% of 5RM
1x8 pendlay row, 75% of 5RM
3x8 weighted dips(currently 60lbs)
3x8 dumbbell concentration curls

I also try to run at least once a week(HIIT or moderate pace 3.8km run).

I chose this program because it has gradual overload and periodization, and it's pretty straightforward and easy to follow. I was interested in building strength while keeping my bodyweight constant and I have successfully managed to do that so far.
