My short term goal is to bench 225lbs, squat 275lbs and deadlift 315lbs for 5 reps each at my current body weight. After that I hope to bulk another 10-15kgs and cut down to 78-80kg at a reasonable body fat percentage, gaining proportional strength(or better) along the way.
