Gain 18.72 lbs of lean weight and lose 18.72 lbs bodyfat.
Goal (Long):
I want to gain lean muscle mass and strength. I will lose 18.72 lbs of body fat and gain 18.72 lbs of lean body weight. Makeing me 180 lbs with 13% bodyfat. Currently 180 lbs with 23.4% bodyfat. All in 15 week journey to transform my body.

Bad ass you go tsom eother people going too! You got a sweet set up they're pretty lucky. Very good indpiration too, I always lift more when I'm with my bud. WellI was checking in to make sure everything was cool there.

I've found that BCAA's & Glutamine help me with recovery time. I had run out for a while & I could tell, big time! I'm hooked now. I order before I run out, that's for sure.
I have a buddy about 45 min away that will switch and work out a week here and I'll do a week at his club, pretty cool. I hate starting to rely on someone and then they stop showing up, it screws up my workout and mental focus when they're not consistent or devoted so I gave up on depending on short timers. I figure when they really want to, they'll come when they're ready otherwise They won't be in it long! If only they knew what it ment to have a devoted training buddy and free gym!
Oh yeah, I got some great people on my friends list, real good support and I only accepted people with filled out profiles and were not just some lurkers so check 'em out they've been huge support and inspiration for me!
Looks like you got a good start going for yourself! I like the weight bench and it's the same one I told a friend to get because #1 you can seperate the bench and work in the uprights and #2 the average Joe can afford it and it's strong well made stuff. I have bought a lot of Marcy and their olympic line of stuff has never failed me.
