Hi .. yes we got married in Vegas, at the Olympia weekend ! We tied the knot at the Little White Wedding Chapel, then went to the Olympia press conference. It will be easy for me to remember the aniversary !! (Always thinking !!) Good luck with the next shoot ... if you get any hotter, Cold showers will not do... it would be an ice bath !

Hi Kelly, eating clean is probably 75% of the equation when transforming your body.... I trained for years, and saw no progress, then changed the diet, and noticed progress within weeks. An Ipod makes a good training partner, and doesn't bring any home drama to the gym either !!! :) Have a great Thanksgiving... Best wishes.

You are very kind ! The fat seems to get stored in 2 places .... my cheeks, and my stomachline. When I have to wear my 36" pants to be able to breathe, I know I've gone too far ! Pachers and Pats looked good yesterday! Saints and Indy must come unstuck soon ...just to make the post season interesting !

Fair comment ! I am a typical CEO ... High Blood Pressure, Cholesterol Meds, flying around the country, pushing a pen, counting beans ... so forced to work out to get fit, and live to see some grandkids ! I just hate to run, so weights seemed more my style ! Cheers, Ben

Hi Lynn, Thanks ! I am finding it easy to gain weight, but struggling to keep it just muscle ... the belly is my fastest growing bodypart ! Still, we're making progress, so no complaints ! Starting cardio again shortly to trim down again ... Love the new profile pic ... simply stunning.
